Privacy & Safety

R E T U R N    P O L I C Y

We will gladly issue store credit for any returned item, or exchange it for another. We are unable to issue refunds.

All sale items, and any items purchased using store credit are final sale.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny store credit for returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements. 

Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that how soon this will be reflected in your transaction history varies depending on your financial institution. 

Store credit/exchange can be issued once we receive the item and verify it meets our policy requirements. Shipping costs can not be refunded and cost of shipping back items are at the buyer's expense. 

Once orders have left our store, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages by 3rd party shipping carriers. You may experience longer than usual wait times/delay in shipping due to COVID.


Exchanges are offered for full price items and are dependent on availability.
